In Taos, we pride ourselves to provide you with local flavors: we use our local pine nuts (piņon nuts)to make white confection bark, to cover our delicious toffee, to roll our caramel apples and to make lovely caramel turtles dotted with a little milk chocolate. Come in and try them.
