We currently have the single store in Delafield, which is the only full store in Wisconsin. We are not affiliated with the 'Chocolate Factory' stores in SE Wisconsin that don't sell chocolate. We've had many people come in and ask for a sub! We were both born and raised in the Milwaukee area and are life-long residents of Wisconsin. We put up with the lousy weather but enjoy the change of seasons and the friendly people. We are always there when the store is open to ensure a high level of customer service and to make sure the products meet our high standards of quality because that�s what our customers expect and deserve. Before opening the store, we operated an IT consulting firm for over 16 years. Ironically, the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory corporate headquarters called us regarding an IT project. Even though the project never materialized, it started the ball rolling to buy a RMCF franchise, and well, the rest is history. Charitable Giving We are proud of the charitable contributions that we provide to our community. We�ve donated thousands of dollars worth of decadent chocolates to local organizations and our troops overseas. In addition, we've sponsored a couple of local youth baseball teams. Due to the frequency and size of donation requests we receive, it has become necessary to specifically define our policies regarding charitable donations. Each month we are flooded with requests from deserving groups, which make the selection process very difficult. Unfortunately, it is impossible for a business of our size to participate every time we are asked. We have a specific amount budgeted each month for charitable donations. To be considered for a donation, please request and complete our standard Donation Request form at least 30 days prior to the deadline for the event. The form contains the following information: - Purpose of donation - Type of event (auction, golf outing, school fundraiser, etc.) - Date of event and deadline for item to be received - Organization's Mission and Goals - Explain what the funds being raised will be used for - Tax Identification Please drop off completed forms at our store in person and allow 2 weeks for consideration.
